Only recently started slimming world and compared to the other diets its definitley the most generous. My biggest downfall was earlier I ate almost half a cheesecake that I made of the website (OMG!) Feeling terrible =/
AH sod it you will have to just draw a line through today and start from scratch tomorrow, read your book, write everything down and join our exercise challenge that may keep you more focused.
Find a SW member who DOESN'T have the odd naughty extra! If you take it all too seriously then you are more likely to blow out and eat a WHOLE cheesecake! I make a point of treating myself once or twice a week so that I don't feel like the plan is restricting me too much.
The way I look at it, this has to be for life now not just a short term solution til the weight is gone. In order to make that as easy as possible it needs to feel like I'm not on a diet at all which is the beauty of food optimising, it's practical, easy and life-friendly.
When you get used to the plan and all the Syn values of different foods you will relax into it a little more.
