Oh i have been good today.

today Rob and i prepared for myself going back to work tomorrow. we have made a quiche (cooking in oven now) and a mousse for snacks at work. we have pre planned the menu for the week . i have work collegues that mean well at work but do not help with diets so i am telling them i am on a diet designed to find out what i am allergic too:ashamed0005: not good to lie but a must with the girls at work.

how is everyone else doing today?

Im SE so people cant offer me bad things ! *laughs*
Our old C used to say "tell lies to people if it means your not tempted" hehehe she tells people she has an Ulcer.

Im borderline Lactose intolerant, comes in VERY useful at times x
