Oh my gosh!

Am really seeing results now and am soooo excited!

Am 19.5 lbs down and up until i started s&s (already lost 12 by then) i didn't see any difference.

I just went to hang someclothes up and thought 'my coat looks big' so i tried it on and it was sooo roomy! It was too big!!

Now last winter i went to primark and bought a winter coat in a 14, i was doing weight watchers and thought id get in it. NO CHANCE I could barely get my arms in and buttons wouldn't even look at each other

I just thought 'i wonder if i could get it on...

It fits!! :bliss:

Omg it properly fits!

Im feeling so good, this is the first time EVER on a diet since getting married 5 years ago that i am shrinking properly and i can see myself getting to goal and beyond!!

I love S&S! It really gets results doesnt it! I never notice my losses on any other diet, but this one! Even other people notice and comment. Its awesome!

I know what you mean! I lost a stone before starting this but didn't notice a great deal of difference in clothes ...................but after 12 days on this my trousers are hanging off me!
