Oh no! Attack of the munchies!

    Find something else to do quick. Get out of the house, play in the arcade, have a bath.

    Break the habit. Lunch is over...dinner to look forward to :)

    I have had a 3 week run of the munchies. :eek: :eek: and its cost me dear on those pesky scales. !! eek!

    I agree distraction is the key to not giving in to those munchie attacks..its just so hard sometimes.

    Be strong Marie, try not to give in. :)

    How are you getting on Marie, have you resisted. I agree with the others, go for distraction or if you cant resist go for a LOW point snack

    I now only have 5.5 points left for my dinner...this is not going well. I still have hours to go before bed yet! Oh, I don't want to let myself down...be strong Marie, be strong!!!
