I did that last week on Green :eek: Thought it was gonna be a HEX but smoked, er, wasn't... :cry:

oh and must be my day for it - i never buy gum, bought sugar free gum and its synned too!!!

It's only 1 syn per 28g though, so you can have quite a big portion for not that many syns. And it's so good for you! :) I have it for lunch at least once a week.

It is yummy but yes that seems to be a common mistake!
You may also want to take a look at Princes Mackerel in a rich tomato sauce.. and Princes do other mackerel in sauce although not all are free but v low syns (they're tinned and is the rich tomato is FREE!) Tastes very nice, nice too tomato-ey but could be an alternative if you have a love for mackerel :)
