Oh no!! the dreaded.....

on day 6 of CD feeling fine etc...
until my OH just asked me if i had.. ahem... broke wind!!!???
Then he said actually, its your breath!!!!
I was mortified!!:cry::cry:
What can I do to help with this or will I have to wear a surgical mask whilst on this diet??
I suppose that would mean I won't catch swine flu!!:rolleyes:

i use listerine breathe strip things and get them of ebay
lots of brushing and mouthwash good luck x

I just use gum, not strictly allowed, but I don't get cravings with it.

Perhaps you already use one as part of your general dental routine, but I find a tounge scraper really helpful. Picked mine up in Boots. I bring one to work with me, along with toothbrush and toothpaste.
Nonetheless, I still get my momments of yucky breath.

I drink heaps more water,not sure if it actually does help the breath but it stops your mouth feeling like a sewer. Retardex breath freshener spray from boots- get through tons of the stuff. xx

aww bless. i actually only get 'the breath' in the morning so after so good brush and mouthwash im fine! xx

listerine strips over here! every couple of hours. And actually lots of water also helps!
