Attack oh no think i have just eaten the wrong thing :(

On day 2 of attack
For dinner i have just had an omelette made of
1 egg yoke inc white
2 egg whites
15 prawns
4 crab sticks
4 tbsp skimmed milk
3 tbsp fromage frais

Is this it was very nice and filling but i have a feeling i have done something wrong :(
 
From looking at your ingredients - as long as your fromage frais was fat free - your meal was fine.

I believe crab sticks are limited to a certain number per day - not sure to how many as I'm not that keen on them myself - but I think you are ok with 4.

Looks great to me and really imaginative and as long as fromage fat free and not too many crab sticks then - enjoy!!!! x
 
Oh well, it's eaten now.. I just posted to you on your diary... you really need to be eating oatbran and far more protein than you are at your current weight.
