    This weekend has been awful ! Had a big night out friday ate crap all weekend and now have tonsilitus and have been picking at ice cream and other random bad foods. Tomorrows weigh in and I know it's going to be crap. Does anyone know point value of a large bread roll? Thank you !!xx

    Yep I am with you. Its a 3 pointer ! Well since I've had 4 (and not much else apart from soup and ice cream) I'm putting them at 3.argh weigh in tomorrow. :(

    I've had a crap couple of days too!! and have a stinking cold so im comfort eating :( weigh in is tomorrow and i know i haven't lost anything!!! :(

    I had a sts. So not too bad. Better than gaining. Going to be strict this week and aim for a 3 pound loss to compensate this week!!xx

    thats my aim this week hun, to make up for last weeks sts by a good loss! i need to lose 1lb to get my 3st loss!!!!! if it happens it happens :))
