My weight fluctuates everyday, I read somewhere you can put on up to 5lb throughout the day, theres no way that would be fat, the 2lb extra you have gained is purely water :) you only really gain fat after sustained overeating! try not to worry about it hun and it'll be gone as quick as it came x


Working on it
I was on in my second week and weighed on on the day I finished, I lost 3lbs and a good few inches! and then I weighed on on Tuesday and lost 8.5 lbs...just goes to prove that its mainly water! you watch, next week the weight loss will go back down to 3-4 lbs and even itself out x
Don't fret, I think i will stop weighing myself every day, as I think its too easy to take the small losses or gains to heart...
