Ive Eaten!

Nothing bad i dont think!
I just had 2 pieces of cooked skinless chicken!

Will this knock me out of ketosis!
I feel full so dont have the desire to eat anything else!

But i havent had my third shake for today so should i skip this or have it!

Will this small bit of chicken knock me out of ketosis??

Im busy tidying up now so wont be eating anything else!!

I know! i did it without even realising i was making my OH a chicken salad and i just popped two pieces in my mouth!

i dont feel guilty as it wasnt like a binged!

ive had my third shake anyway and an extra litre of water!

Dont think it will knock me out of ketosis but how long will it be before i can test to see if it has?

I honestly DONT think it will - people eat more than 2 x pieces of chicken on the 790 plan and they are in ketosis! Dont dwell on it at all luv xxx

It won't knock you out of Ketosis, as it's protein, and allowed on add a meal week as well as 790. If it was carbs then it would be a different matter.

Stop worrying put it behind you and carry on!

How long have you been on the CD for? if you've been on it more than 3 days, u should be fine but if its b4 that then i think u'll have to start again :0(

Ive been on it for a while but this is a restart and im on day 11!

Il test in morning and see if it has done any damage if it has then il just start over!
No worries its not like i will have all those glycogen stores to lose :D :D :D

And if it hasnt well ive learnt a lesson and i must be learning something because when i first started this diet if id of had 2 pieces of chicken i would i felt terrible and then consumed most of the kitchen and then gone to shop and bought more but this time i had the two pieces and then stopped! I had my shake at half 7 and then had a bath!

So i must be adapting to the change and hopefully eventually my bad eating habits will be a thing of the past!

I know its going to be hard some days but nothing worth having is ever easy - right?!!

Sorry for ranting!!

Im not dwelling on it as i felt very much in control without the need t wolf anything and everything down!

get weighed on Monday so looking forward to that!

Will let you all know how i get on!

You certainly dont sound as if you have strayed far and what is good is that you didnt carry on eating other things as you said you had done last time round. Well done for containing yourself this time. Progress eh!!
