first thing to do is not to panic!! so long as you get straight back on that wagon i'm sure you will be fine, you just need to put those days behind you and keep looking forward, you cant undo what was done yday but you do have the power to make the next few days/weeks/months count, my advice is straight back on the wagon with a big determined smile, keep going, you can do it :) xxx

It can always be fixed, but you may not have brilliant results this week but it doesnt matter what matters that you get back on track, lots of people have little slips and carry on, as long as you get back on the wagon,

Thanks guys i was going into panic mode i suffer bad with binge eating and it too over me!!!!!!! but i mustn't let it i can do this and i will so back on track tomorrow no cheating!!!!!!!!!!! thank you all :) xxx

Yeah i have slipped ever so slightly today i had some grapes and a few marshamllows on 810!!! not good i only have myself to blame :(* xxx

no blaming, just learning! i agree, get back on track for the rest of the day and start tomorrow afresh and everything will seem much better :) xxx
