:cry:Totally stressing. Don't weigh in til 6.30 but had a weekend of not really eating due to a really bad cold and it totm again (probs with my coil so just now it's time of the fortnight:cry:) I'm away for a long weekend and know the food is gonna be AMAZING:sigh:.
Wish it was 6.30 already jusat get it over n done with:( x x

Dont stress about it, what will be will be. If you have gained just put it behind you and tell yourself next week will be better. And if you have lost....... brilliant. Keep going chin up!:)
