    I know it is no-where near as good as some of the recent losses on here (well done guys :D) But thought i`d share ... as well as doing my 1 stone last week, this week i have got my club 10 ... i have a "healthy" bmi ..... and i`m only 1.5lbs away from my first interim target (9st 10lbs) ........ **beaming from ear to ear**


    and for fellow sneaky peekers ... i got on the scales yesterday and had put on 2 lbs and was devasted .. really was .. didn`t fall off the wagon tho ... and low and behold at weigh in this morning i`ve actually lost 1.5lbs (3.5lbs including the 2 i thought i put on from my scales at home) ..... So don`t always believe the gains unless it`s on the SW scales ;)

    That's brilliant, well done you!! Don't knock your loss, every single loss is as important as the last one, whether twice as much or half as much, they all count and they all mean something!!

    well done! I think its can be so hard to lose weight when you dont have as much to lose so getting your 1 stone and club 10 is brilliant :D
