I think i've hit a plateau:cry:lost 0.5lb last week and i think i've stayed the same this week. I've stuck to it 100% not cheated at all but can't seem to shift it. I was wondering if i did one week on the ww plan if it would kickstart it? any suggestions would be gratefully received:wave_cry:

Have to agree with the others Hun. If you mix up your days and change your Healthy Extras, plus drink the water, things will shift. What has your Consultant suggested?

Do you know you've stayed the same this week? Remember weighing at home before you are supposed to is not representative of your weeks loss! You never know!

Anyway you have done fantastically well so far so you obviously know what you are doing - if you are sticking to plan 100% it WILL show eventually.

    Good luck hun.

    xx

You've lost 8lbs in the past 4 weeks, that's 2lb per week on average.
Healthy weight loss should be 1-2lbs per week so I don't think you have anything to worry about, your body is probably catching up from last week's 3lb loss.
I think you need another 4 weeks at least to decide if you have truly hit a 'plateau'. Even though 2 weeks without much loss feels like ages at the time, it's not really, especially when it follows such good losses.

Your losses have been amazing so far so it is especially important not to let this crush your motivation - and who knows, you might be wrong in thinking you'll STS this week?! :)

Thanks for all the advice, it's probably me being a tad impatient. I only ever do red days so maybe i need to add a couple of green in to mix it up a bit. always a bit scared of doing green because of the high carb content. My healthy extras are nearly always the same and sometimes i don't eat them all.I'm just desperate to lose this next 10lbs so that i can get in to the 13s. I go on a walking holiday in three weeks time so hoping that will help.
