oil on super filling

After reading the leaflet am I right in thinking you have to have two measures of oil a day? Does this come out of your weekly points or is this free on the plan if that makes sense, hope someone can help xx

Online it says 2 teaspoons a day and any more has to come out of the weekly allowance.
