OK here goes.. 6 stone too lose!

I'm currently at 16st 5lb I started on Monday its now Friday so in 5 days I thought maybe I would drop at the very least 1lb but no such luck.

I had a chat with a friend last night which spurred me on. I am going to join the gym with her at the start of next month (Would join now but no money due to car issues :mad: also I am staying with the in-laws the week after next so would be pointless to spend money if I'm not using it that week) so come payday I will start up my membership.

So my main goal is to lose 6 stone so im down to about 10 stone. I have set myself some mini goals as 6 stone is quite daunting I think.

Mini goals are;

1. Get out of the 16 stone range
2. Lose half a stone from there so down to 15st 7lb
3. Get out of the 15 stone range
4. Lose half a stone from there so down to 14st 7lb
5. (I think you can see my pattern here basically lose half a stone at a time)

Trouble is I don't want to spend my time having to calorie count or weigh out portions, I have a busy job that would not always allow time for me to come home weigh it out and cook from scratch, as I have to go back out again in the evening. I will try my best to eat the right things and cutting out the sweets etc is no problem for me, I aim to drink more water as well.

I will do weekly weigh ins on a Friday so here we go.... wish me luck...
