Welcome friends to my new blog,
After losing almost 2 stone at the start of the year on the Cambridge I'm back, with my tail between my legs and my bigger size jeans stretched round my ample derrière. I lost a good amount of weight in a quite short time, but I was silly and after doing about 10 weeks of ss I gave up, as I felt slim..... After 2 festivals, 2 weeks all inclusive and 2 operations I'm back to begin losing some weight - hopefully for the last time as I plan to do this properly this time !!
I'm nervous because I have tried a couple of times to get back into this diet but I have failed miserably after a few days.... Well, no more. I and going to keep this diary, and update it daily, to help myself stay on track and keep myself motivated.
I'm going to go see my CD lady later - I can't wait :D

Good luck you can do this :) Im on day 20, not gonna lie i have had a few cheats but only this weekend and nothing major to affect weight loss. id rather have tiny a treat when i really need it otherwise i will end up falling off the wagon completely :) xxx
 
Wow your losses are great - well done, and to get to 20 days with only minor slip ups is fab !! Well done to you :) how do you feel after 20 days? I remember starting to feel a it better after the first week or so, and it seems to et easier week on week.... X
 
im so lucky, i have never felt hungry once during the 20 days, i was very ill last week (a bug not due to CD) when i did struggle hence why i was a little naughty as i needed comfort, so im not expecting a big loss this week.
I have taken photos and retook after 14 days and my back fat has disappeared! :) brought size 14 dresses as well so feel good now!
have you seen you CDC yet? Im doing ss+ well i did SS first week and ss+ the second and weight loss still good so im glad i can have my little dinner each day :)

Yea that's a really good idea, taking pictures before ( I'll have to make sure bf is out of the way first to haha ) that is lucky that you haven't felt hungry, I know I will, but I'm planning a few days on the sofa to really doing much :) x

I haven't seen my cons yet, going tonight, planning on doing ss, but I'll see about ss+ and see what she says - I like the sound of what you are doing :)

I started at 12 st 4 on SS - and I am now 9 st 7lbs - I SS'd for 8 weeks in total. I maintain now by calorie counting in the main.

Dig deep, be determined this time and you'll succeed. How much would you like to lose?
 
Hey :) I had a noses on your diary earlier, you have done amazing !! I need to loose quite a lot more than you, want to lose around 4 stones, I have just been weighed n - 14.13 arghhh !! I was really shocked, but I'm not going t beat myself up over it ( I would usually :'( ) I'd like to get to around 10 to 11, I'm 5.7 so I ink that should make me a comfortable 12 ( dare I hope for a size lower.....)

Went to tesco on my way home from meeting my CD lady, Bought myself some lush food stuffs for my last tea...fillet steak, crime brûlée, galaxy choccy...............

To be honest though, i can't wait to start, I'm gonna do it this time, with all you lovely guys on here for inspiration how can I fail :) xx
 
I love galaxy chocolate - hope you enjoyed your last supper

I was actually 15 stone 3 in may last year so a little heavier than you . Stick with this though and you'll easily be seeing 12 stone ish by Christmas. It is really hard but it's doable for sure - and a read through of some of the threads on here is always very helpful.

And yes - aim for a 10 ultimately . I spent about 3 weeks in size 12 - didn't think I'd ever get below that but I did very easily. The hardest push was from 14 to 12

What shakes etc have you gone for? I love the choco mint as a hot drink, have it for my breakfast everday. then a soup and a tetra as icecream. I actually reall enjoy them! sad i know,

Im joining in if u dont mind! I started on June 6th and have only lost 19lbs so far....my own fault, too many cheat nights! But started on ss yesterday. I always did 810 before so hoping i can stick to it.

Day one wasnt so bad...maybe because im already used to the products?

Hi ladies, thanks for dropping by, it feels good to know that I'm not alone, and you girls have done great :) I am defiantly going to aim for 10 stones - shoot for the moon and even if you miss you'll hit the stars - something like that eh :D
The last supper was v.v nice, but I was eating just for the sake of it (what a waste of calories !!!)

Morning 1 - been up about an hour, have been pottering about tidying round, feel hungry but I always do in the morning, going to hold of my first shake as long as I can, back up to my bedroom with a tea ( teeny tiny insignificant splash of milk - will that be ok....??) seems like the safest rom in the house to avoid any temptation :)

Gone for a few choc and b'nana tetras, and cookies and cream, coconut and some butterscotch, I've got a huge supply of chic shakes and chilli soups left over, so didn't need to buy too many.... Xx
 
i have a cup of tea a day with skimmed milk, some people find milk takes them out of ketosis so really try and limit it. I never know when im in ketosis so i dont take any notice.
i try and last off till 10 till i have my hot chocolate. do you have 3 or 4 shakes a day?

hi laura :) at least your have 19lbs off! better than on. i didnt find day 1 hard apart from i have 2 shakes that i absolutely hated! cookies and cream *nearly pukes!*

Ahh I was going to have cookies and cream for breakie, haven't tried it yet - hope I like it, I've bought loads of em haha !! I'll try and limit the milk, good advice thanks :)

D you know if we can have coke zero??

And yes I agree - 19lbs is amazing :) you have lost that and still had cheat days - you should be proud, you have obviously had more good days than bad to have lost so much :) well done you :) xx

you arent supposed to have coke zero, your not supposed to have anything but water. but when i go out somewhere I have a diet coke/coke zero as sometimes feel rude asking for tap water! but only a treat on a weekend.

if you dont like them then your CDC will swap them for you. I only like choc mint! so have them everyday, dont like any of them cold apart from tetras, which i always freeze.

Hey Starry - I restarted yesterday too! I lost three stones earlier in the year and am back to shift the rest. My stats arent up to date will sort them later but I've put on a stone with holiday and work stress etc (excuses excuses!) Anyway just having choc tetras for the first few days to get into it properly with no distractions. I have half a coffee with half a tetra (Mmmmm Mocha!) and it makes it last longer! Just getting through brekkie now and feel full of beans! Hope your liking the shakes!

I dont like cookies and cream either, was disappointed, thought i would love it. Bit like vanilla with a touch of bleugh!

I have any liquids that are calorie free. Perfectly clear flavoured water is my fave, asked my CD lady and she said as theres only a trace of carbs so wont do the weightloss any harm but stick to water whenever u can as its better for you all round. Suppose we dont really know whats in fizzy drinks!

Day 2 is going well, had a strawberry shake and leek and potato soup. Soup is like baby sick :( lol not feeling too bad, startimg to get a headache so gonna drink more water.

Hi ladies :) nice to see you on here, hope we can support each other :) aw I'm really looking forward to trying cookies and cream, got a feeling I will be disappointed :/ bahhh oh well, nothing tastes as good as SLIM feels eh !!

Had my first shake at about 11.30, I'm pretty hungry right now :/ sofa it is for me all day today, I'm so glad I'm off work, been signed off for a couple of week by my gp for something else, so I thought this would be the perfect time to begin meltin the blubber ....

Try cookies, u never know u might love it :) i think the plain choc is my fave. X
 
Yea, the plain chocolate is probably my favourite one too, I like it hot as a hot chocolate :)
