    As we are all slipping on the exercise front, i think we need to post daily to keep us motivated and bear all to the world.... We should set targets... just like our weight ones and stick to them.
    Its soo easy to get fed up of exercise so

    Ok girlies...whats your target for tomorrow?
    Mine 30 mins on either the bike or LTT and slendertone for 2 hours...along with a 2hour walk in the wilderness with the kids, if its not raining!

    30 mins Wii - boxing/tennis type exercise
    1hr 30mins gardening (if not raining !)

    Not about beating.....its a personal target hun!! i love walking on the moors..i am soo luck i only libe 5 mins away from them!

    60 mins on x-trainer (not all at once!!) and some hardcore housework ;)

    But, will be sooo worth it!!
    My sister is mad, tonight, at midnight, she's doing a 13 mile walk for charity...she has to walk at a minimum of 6 miles an hour to complete it within 3-4 hours ...( 6 miles an hour is like nearly running) i would love to have the motivation to do that :(

    That's amazing and for a great cause. Can't wait for Race for Life next year. But why the heck is it starting at midnight?!

    I know it's just an excuse but not sure I fancy an aerobic tape in front of 3 10 year olds!!!!!

    I will do 15 mins on the exercise bike then promise to do an exercise tape each day next week.

    Does shopping count as walking? I'm good at that!!!

    I will walk to the chemist Monday morning and back again (if it doesn't rain - don't want to be weighed wet, I'll weigh more with the water!! Lol!!!)

    Race for life is fab!!!
    i did it this year and completed it in 44 mins (its only 3 miles) next year i have a target of 27 mins
    What she is doing is called a midnight walk..i think its just a quirk to get people intersted!?! Was just thinking 13 miles is a half marathon!!!!!!! shes nuts!!

    Hun, I live on my own and still can't bring myself to do my DVD lol. It's those damn leg lifts - it's a form of torture I tell thee!!

    Hey...it all counts to your 10000 steps per day - you don't need to jump up and down all the time .If you've got a house full then that must count too :D
