hi guys, not been around most the week as its been half term so been out with the kids everyday, been exhausting. thank god school is 2moro.lol.

so its wi 8 in the morning and thinking this will be my last TFR week as i feel really ready to do the rest myself. i only have 9lbs left and hopefully i'll have lost a couple of lbs 2moro.

what do u think? stop next week or wait another couple till im at target?

im feeling all thin.lol. so much more confident when i go out now.

right im off to see how every1 has got on this week. missed checking in everyday.

I'd keep on for the goal weight! I stopped 12lb above my goal weight in August but now wish I hadnt..... got 2 balls coming up and am now thinking of starting back on TFR again to lose that little bit.... I am dreading it cos I remember how difficult the 1st few weeks are.... at least you are ''in the zone'' now!!

Up to you chicka - if you feel you are ready to get cracking with the eating malarky and not just cuz you want to eat then i say go for it. Although id be inclined to do another couple of weeks and get to less than say 5lbs to goal.

Babes its really up to yourself if you tink you are ready and happy the way you are there is no point staying on it! If you defo want to lose that extra few pounds maybe keep at it for one more week??? see how your weigh in goes tomorrow you mite get your answer as soon as you step on the scales.

Wow!! you done so well your an inspiration for me ! because my start weight is the same as your start weight was, and im the same height so im hoping i can do aswell as you :D

Personally I would continue until you reach your goal. You have done TFR for 8 weeks now, so what's another 2 or 3? It is up to you though, and only you can decide what to do, good luck with whatever you decide though

I'd give it another week at least and you'll prob be really close then - just a couple of lbs away.
You're into it now, so one more week won't be as hard as trying to shift it eating.
You have done SOOO well though - looking good hun ;-)

if you are happy at this weight jenny i'd refeed now.
if you still wanna get to that goal weight defo stay on tfr for prob only another 2 weeks then you should be there.
you've come this far hun and done a great job that i'm sure another couple of weeks will be a breeze for you x
jenny youv done so well hun, but the deision is 1 only you can make... i you feel ready then go for it hun, if you stick to the refeed sheet then you can still get to goal no probs.. i started refeed when i still had a stone to lose, now 3 weks in iv only 8lb to go im well made up with it.... good luck for your weigh in tomorrow and in what ever you decide xxx

You've done so well till now, why not keep at it just another two weeks. You will have plenty of time to refeed then and cope with the festive season. Whatever you decide will be right for you, you know best.
