Hmm - there I am coasting through my day, happy in the knowledge that I'm on track and that I've just lost 2.5lbs and got my first award, feeling on a high and like everything is going right for a change, merrily replying to Minimins posts... then ..... my OH rings to say he won't be home until 9.30pm, my daughter decides she's going out and my son says he fancies beans on toast for tea ... and my evening meal plans just fly out of the window. Beef, roasted veg and new potatoes with gravy, all synned out and ready to be cooked. It throws me completely and I end up with ..... a bowl of Cranberry Wheats with milk, a Dutch crispbake with reduced sugar jam and 1 square of Dairy Milk (dangerous living eh??)! Blown my syns, blown my day, blown my confidence! What a stupid thing to do!!!! Now I'm all frustrated and cheesed off with myself - I wish I understood how I worked!!!!!!!!! Anyone else do stupid things then regret them immediately????? :break_diet:
