    After breaking my diet for a couple of days, i'm getting straight back on wagon, after all silly eating, isn't going to get me into that dress for august:D:D:D:D:D

    Same here, I've been off plan and gained what I lost since Jan. As of Thursday I have officially been back on plan!

    Well done on getting back on the wagon ladies. We all have slip ups it's only human but the important thing is to get back with the plan asap as you have done.

    Hi ya Mclynn and pinktoaster, I too have been off plan for well most of the week, due to a combination of things but mostly work stress and guilt! I've decided to jump straight back on and try to include more Red & Green days as I seem to really struggle on EE.
    It is comforting to read what krupskaya said about many people slip off the wagon. At least we have recognised it early enough and damage is limited, lol! a good sign I think that despite the temporary blip we are still focussed enough to start again and not ditch it completely,which I have done numerous times in the past.

    What Krup said is absolutely right!

    I've been awful to myself and was off plan for the most part of two weeks - gained four pounds!!!
    Started a fresh on Thursday, went back to red and green and been 100% since then.

    Doesn't it feel great?! I know now if I have another slip- or even day - I will be straight back on, now wait until weigh day!

    Oh I also had a BAD day yesterday only,but it feels horrid to lose control after being so good so I am back on the MISSION today!!The hardest for me is entertaining at home and not having desert!!Well I succumbed to some lovely chocolate roulade last night and a piece of cherry bakewell tart!!Sins..off the scale!!Looking at the leftovers in the fridge and want to throw them to the birds!!
    Have had a cup of tea and a wholemeal pita bread today so far and thats it!
    Is one wholemeal Pita a HEB??It weighed 60g.Anyone know??
    Good luck girls for staying on the wagon again!

    My WI day is tomorrow so I can't see there being much scale difference. But it's nice to know I'm on the right path.
    I'm really into the exercise as well right now. I'm hoping it will make some sort of difference to the weekly loss. The hardest part is starting!

    I've been off plan for a month or so and have just got back on it but I'm trying to see it as a positive. I'd lost 2 stone when I went off plan but although I'd stopped losing I managed not to gain. So I've managed to change my eating habits enough not to go start my weight going back up.

    hiyer pinktoaster, good luck for weigh-in, well pleased to say got back on track yesterday, only had 5.5 sins, and felt so much better:D
