Okay, new to this. Keep me on track please?

Hiya, I'm new to SW. I did WW online last year and lost 1 1/2 stone within a couple of months, then forgot all about it and put it all back on again :(

Went along to my first ever meeting on Wednesday night and joined.

Here's what I've had today (extra easy, I think) so let me know if/where I'm going wrong please?

Breakfast
2 x poached eggs, mashed with a little light cottage cheese and some green salad (feels crazy to be eating salad at breakfast lol)

Lunch
Baked potato with 1/2 can of tuna and 1/2 can of baked beans, with green salad.

Snack?
I had a bachelors vegetable cup a soup with the kids when they ate their tea (4syns) with a wholemeal pitta (hexb)

Dinner
I made the smothered chicken from the recipe forum here, so chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers, onions, canned tomatoes, served with wholewheat egg noodles (dried). Followed with a bowl of banana and apple with low-fat yoghurt (1syn?)

250mls of semi-skimmed milk in tea throughout the day (hexa)


Does that sound ok? Is that just 5syns today or am I miscalculating something??
