Okay, so im not doing so well in the loosing weight part. im doing so well in not snacking on crap. Maybe a pack of french fries or the odd kitkat in the evening but thats nothing compared to what i was doing. so as of today each evening i will write it all here. even if ive been naughty ill write it all down so someone can please tell me where im going wrong! Ive recently started walking too, my new pedometere tells me how many carbs ive burnt each day with just my walking too! ill probs add that too along with my step count.
