Old member back, new to pro points

    Hi everyone, thought I would rejoin as I joined ww last night and I am hoping for some success this time round!I have been pretty ill over the last few months, lost my job, put a lot of weight on, some because of steroids and some due to comfort eating and lost a lot of confidence but i'd really like this to be the starting point for me to get back to my old happy self.Any pointers/tips/hints you have about the diet in general would be great.:D
