Old points plan.

Hey ya, I'm new to this site and am looking for some motivation to stay on track on my diet.
I'm following the old points plan as didn't get on with the pro points but I need some suggestions on how to make the most of my points. I'm allowed 23 but been sticking around the 18 mark.
I lost 11 pound in 4 weeks but am starting to put it back on!

Hi Shellyz . Well done on looseing 11lb in 4 weeks thats great going. It would be a shame to put it back up again. I was thinking at this point you might be getting a bit bored with what you are having. try some new foods .vary things a bit. Also try to have your full23 points . your body needs that much to loose weight. Your body will not be satisfied with less.

I am on propoints myself and find it great. I eat well and am not hungry . I have my 49 pp then for the little slip ups and treats. Have a look through some of the food diarys here for some new ideas .
