I see on EE you can use 1tablespoon of EV olive oil as a HEX would that be the same on red and green days??

Also, does it have to be EV or is normal just as good?

The list for EE is the same for red and green (red and green have extra lists too!)

I've just checked and it does state EV for some reason?? I can't answer whether normal olive oil is okay, perhaps an email to SW would clarify?

It definitely has to be extra virgin to be used as a HEB. Although all olive oils have monounsaturated fats EVOO is the the least processed and has higher levels of anti-oxidents.

Thank you Vmuch for your replies ladies, most helpful. I'll have to fry at a low temp then, don't want to burn the oil!
