    Well, seeing I've joined the forum, I thought it would be a good idea to do a diary. I must admit today hasn't been a normal day for us (me and my hubby), he's worked at home today and we've had two 'dinner's' rather than a dinner and a lunch, but all was still relatively free food. Because of the two dinners I haven't had any HEXb's today, this is very unusual. Tomorrow back to normal. But it's all about honesty and I want to be honest. Please if anyone see's anything wrong, please comment.

    Green Day

    Breakfast

    Branflakes with small amount of milk and white coffee made with sweenter

    Mid Morning

    medium banana, a handful of grapes and glass of sugarfree squash

    Lunch

    Small bowl of pasta with mum's home made quorn bol with HEXa's allowance of Cheese.

    Mid Afternoon

    one babybel light and coffee with sweetner

    Dinner

    Left over SW Ratatouille (sp), plain rice and with a tablespoon tomato sauce

    Mullerlight Peach Flavour

    Syn's

    Tomato Sauce 1.0
    Extra Milk to HEXa 4.5

    oops had another babybel light so that's an extra 2 syns, so that makes 10.5 for the day.

    Breakfast

    Mullerlight Peach and Pineapple Flavour and a large banana, coffee with sweetner.

    Mid-Morning

    Alpin Light Bar (part HEXb)
    Coffee with milk (from allownance) and sweenter

    Lunch

    3 egg Omlette, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and 2 slices Low Low Cheese (HEXa)
    2 x Kiwi Fruits

    Mid Afternoon

    Aplin Light Bar ( part HEXb)
    Coffee with milk (from allowance) and sweetner

    Dinner

    Lemon and Herb Butter Baked Salmon, 1 teaspoon of butter (2 syns), lemon juice and herbs served with wilted spinach, grilled tomatoes and baby potatoes in skins. (1 HEXb for the Salmon).

    Evening

    Strawberries mixed with Total 0% Greek Yoghurt and a Options White Chocolate 11g Sachet (between OH and me)

    Syns for Today

    1 teaspoon butter 2.0
    Extra Milk to HEXa 4.5 ( for latte, a afternoon pick me up)
    2 teaspoon sugar 2.0 (in latte, a afteernoon pick me up)
    Options White Chocolate Sachet 11g 2.5/2 1.25 syns

    You can have 1 or 2 heas and 2 hebs on green or original, so you don't need to syn your extra milk or cheese.

    Branflakes are part of hebs too, not sure how much weight wise as I personally don't think you get enough!

    Knitter thanks for the reply.. the reason I synned the extra milk was because it was a huge latte, which wouldn't be covered by my HEXa... also I haven't quoted on here my drinks for the evening, maybe I should?

    I am trying to get away from Branflakes or cereal of any kind because it uses up my milk allowance and i 'have' to have cheese everyday otherwise I think I would go mad, so that's my two HEXa's choice's gone.

    Also I a complete latte-a-holic... so I would much rather syn them than I would chocolate or anything else..lol

    Aaahhhh not a good morning so far, am very late with my breakfast, because I had to go shopping straight after the school run, just had it now, so that's 9.45am, not good. And having difficulty deciding any meals today... but this is what I have planned at the moment, will edit it if it changes.

    Early Morning

    coffee, with sweetner and milk (from allowance) part of HEXa

    Mid Morning

    very large banana and a glass of Pepsi Max
    2 x Aplen Light Bars part of HEXb

    Lunch

    Batchlers Chicken Savory Rice, served with loads of mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and Sweetcorn.

    Mid-Afternoon

    Peach and Pineapple Mullerlight
    homemade latte made with rest of milk from allowance and 2 spoons sugar

    Dinner

    3 Linda McCartney Sausages, tinned beans (with HEXa Cheese) and SW Chips... really enjoyed this meal!

    Syns for today

    Linda McCartney Sausages 6.0
    2 teaspoons sugar 2.0 (in my usual mid-afternoon pick me up latte!)

    I was just thinking the same about the extra Heb... maybe I could have some toast with my dinner? Or because I haven't had cheese I could sprinkle some grated over my tinned spagetti?

    Lunch was yummy, never had Savoury rice from the packet before, always tended to make my own, but I thought that because it was a free food I'd give it a go and it was YUMMY. Fried the mushrooms and onions in frylight until they were slightly charred and then added them right at the end.

    Vegatable Stir Fry with Bean Sprouts, mushrooms, onions, shredded cabbage, peppers and noodles, stir fried with frylight, garlic and soy sauce

    Hubbie bought Avatar on DVD today, so I am going to have a frozen Curly Wurly when we watch it tonight.

    Mid Afternoon

    Wheetabix Oaty Bar
    1 can Sprite Zero


    Dinner

    Butternut Squash Risotto, 1 tablespoon Parmesan. Yummy!

    Not sure what it will be today... going out to lunch for mother-in-laws birthday, sort of dreading it I've been so good the last three weeks I don't want to spoil all of my good work. So I will write this up Sunday night.


    Breakfast

    Puffed Wheat (the plain one with no added sugar or honey), with milk (part HEXa and part HEXb)

    Coffee with milk from allowance and sweetner

    Lunch

    Went out for lunch and totally disgraced myself...lol Lamb Shank, 3 roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding, but loads of veg. Followed by birthday cake... so I am writing a line undertoday and forgetting about it and starting afresh tomorrow.

    Homemade Soup with onions, leeks, courgette, green beans, carrots, tinned chopped tomatoes, herbs and chicken oxo cube.

    1 medium Banana

    Dinner

    Homemade Mushroom Stroganoff and rice, 2 tablespoons of Creme Frais (between two people)

    Evening

    Mullerlight Yoghurt
    2 x Babybel lights

    2 Tbsp Low Fat Creme Frais x 2 so that's 1.5 sysn each

    Really disappointed with myself today, didn't eat enough at dinner, so therefore I was peckish in the evening, I haven't really done that since being on SW, so therefore I've learnt a lesson, eat more at dinner!

    Breakfast

    Branflakes with Banana and skimmed milk from allowance (HEXa and part HEXb)

    Coffee with milk from allowance and sweetner.

    Mid Morning

    Coffee with milk from allowance and sweetner

    Lunch

    4 Ryvita with 2 x boiled eggs HEXb
    Tomatoes
    1 Wheetabix Oaty Bar
    Mullerlight Yoghurt (peach and pineapple)

    Dinner

    SW Ratatouille Pasta Bake, aubergines, courgettes, onions, tomatoes and green beans, stirred through pasta, HEXa allowance of cheese and baked in the oven... yummy!

    2 x Babybel lights
