Monday

Breakfast: Weetabix crunch bran, milk

Lunch: wholemeal pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, light mayo (2 syns)

Dinner: turkey chilli - turkey mince, onion, garlic, tinned toms, puree, spices

Snacks: cherry Muller light, apple, banana

Drinks: Tea, milk, sugar free squash

Naughties: Carrot cake for a birthday at work (20 syns LOL!) :(

Tuesday

B: Weetabix CB, milk

L: wholemeal pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, light mayo (2 syns)

D: Goulash - beef, carrot, celery, stock, passata, rustic chips (2 syns)

S: Southern chicken breast Asda deli counter (2 syns)

D: Tea, coffee, milk, sugar (3 syns), squash

EXERCISE: 40 MINUTES CARDIO, 20 MINUTES WEIGHTS

L: Chicken, bacon, pasta, lettuce, cucumber, peppers, carrot, sweet chilli sauce (3 syns)
D: Turkey bacon hotpot - turkey, bacon, thyme, leek, carrot, mushrooms, stock, baby spuds
S: Banana, yogurt
D: Tea, milk, coffee, sugar (1/2 syn), Mint Choc Options (2 syns), squash

EXERCISE: 40 MINUTES CARDIO, 20 MINUTES WEIGHTS
