omg hungry

    ok i just had my soup for lunch about
    a half hour ago and i swear i am soooo
    hungry, i really am close to anything i can
    get my hands on.:mad::mad::mad::sigh::sigh::sigh::cry::cry::cry:
    so here i am typing out this post for something to do and for all you lovely ladies to tell me off for being weak and not to ruin all i've dont so far.
    ok, pint of fizzy water so me now so let loose fellow cd'ers

    my list of hunger avoidance tactics are:
    Have a sleep
    Have a bath
    Brush your teeth
    Drink a pint of water and wait for the hunger effects to wear off

    IF DESPERATELY HUNGRY - boil an egg and eat it slowly. It will barely make a difference to your weight (it would be like having a sole source plus day)

    All great ideas - but when i'm at my desk...!!! Just drink the water... take a little trip to the loo... walk around... talk to someone!! Talk to us! lol

    It's awful and it's all consuming - can't think/focus on anything else - horrible, horrible feeling.
