hi there im rachael , tryed so may times at sw but got no where tryed with ww once but couldnt deal with the pp , and planning , im not one for planning but i think its time to, ive mucked about for mths on end, and gained so much weight , any advice would be great as in meal ideas , brekki,lunch and dinner with pp , even a cheap weekly meal plan for me and my family ,omg id be forever greatfull 
. going to try tomorro , but dont know where to start again , ive tryed looking at the plan but just cant seem to plan , or get my head around it . hopefully someone will help me start my journey xxxx wish me luck for tomorro im going to need it xxx
