OMG I'm bloody starving!!!

Am just at the end of day 1. Am starving. Have had my 3 shakes and LOADS of water. God help me tomorrow when I'm doing the kids pancakes!
i lost 1 stone before Christmas on slimming world, but put on a lot over Christmas
I am going on holiday in June and just want to feel like I can walk to the pool in front of new 'ish' boyfriend and not feel too self conscious!

It does get easier. Just stick with it for the next few days and you'll be feeling much better. Keep sipping the water and I find plenty of peppermint and green tea helps.
