I've had a bite of pizza 2nite will it take me out of ketosis I'm on day 3 I caved in and had 1 bite of my daughters pizza I feel so guilty , will ketosis stop now ?

I don't think it will delay ketosis very much. The carbs in a bite of pizza will be burned off in no time.
