OMG more than half way there

    I've just noticed that I have lost 31 pounds so far and have 30 pounds to lose which means I am more than half way there - whoohoo!

    Well done Dot, it's a great feeling isn't it. I found when once I got over the halfway mark it was such a boost. Keep going you'll soon be at goal x

    thanks everyone - it is really good. yesterday I had to buy some new trousers as my size 18s were literally falling down - got a size 16 and a size 14 - 14 a bit tight yet but I reckon by next week they'll fit. at least I won't lose my trousers today!
