easy to do. very scary. i only thought to check since class last night we were talking about just presuming things and i presumed it would be free. its watre for christ sake!! lol.

will be drinking lots of water this week hoping i can actually LOOSE SOMETHING

Do it Abi...it works wonders. I swear it's helped me get things shifting again, along with a bit more exercise. Your stats are similar to mine and I've been SO frustrated with things recently. Up, down, sts, up, sts, etc! But lost 3lbs in the last 2 weeks :D
