Hi fellow exante bods!!
I have fallen off the diet wagon for a couple of months (I think - will have to look at last weigh in)... mainly caused by having a rubbish bad back, and going into a total 'woe is me' spiral!!!! Enough of me indulging in excuses.... I have realised that OMG it's only 24 days to my holiday!!! The shorts I purchased months ago, I decided to try on tonight. Ewwwwwh - I don't think that they were intended to be the super spray on style!!! So big, big panic in my house tonight. I now have to be 100% until I leave, if I have any hope of keeping any dignity in my holiday attire!!
I haven't weighed myself for some time, so really don't know if I should weigh tomorrow or wait until monday (partially to soften the blow)........ OMG I am hanging my head in shame as this was soooooo preventable!
