i cant wait to be thin! i havent been thin since year 7 at school! i was a size 12 (still big for my age but not if i had of kept that size) i didnt even realise at the time i was getting larger, and by year 11 i was a size 22, got myself down to an 18 since then by slimming clubs but i never stick to it. so im glad ive found something strict.

You'll get there again Tegzy. Just stick with it 100% and you can't fail. I've been large for the past 15 years (up and down) and am loving being back down in the smaller range again.

Don't look at the big picture though, it might seem impossible, just take each day as it comes or every weigh in as it comes and the weeks will fly by.

yeah, i will, everyday is a challenge and everone thinks i cant do it, (they all know my love of food) but it just spurs me on even more, no point in being unhappy and fat for the rest of my life when i could be unhappy (maybe) for a few months to get thin then be happy :)

That's what I thought when I started this. It's only a few months out of my life without food and all the junk to have a happier, slimmer life in the long run. Well worth it too!

yeah deffo! from christmas last year till now, has gone so fast and ive tried dieting that whole time, i could have been like 8-9 stone now if i had discovered lipotrim then, and i wouldnt have even missed the time. time flies by and no-one ever notices. my life certainly isnt slow motion

    Hi Tegzy,
very well done for surviving your shift without eating. I think we can all look at other people on here and say 'if only I had started then I would be such and such a weight now', but circumstances didn't allow it. Remember when another new person comes along in two months time they will say 'if only I had started........etc'. That's what's great about this site, we are all at different levels therefore the forum will never die, it will always offer support and you will be right up there offering your experience and helping someone else along, you are already! So wishing you all the best for your next shift and for the coming week. Take care.
