Omg!!!!

    Im on day 3 on ss.... I have been religious with it and i thought id have a cheeky glimpse on scales.... Ive lost 9lbs!!!!! On day 3!!!! I am in complete shock! I really am! I actually had tears in my eyes when i looked! Im finding it alot easier today (not really hungry and only had shake cos i had to) i cant believe its me "miss greedy" sayi this, im normally such a pig....shows what determination can do! I dont mean to sound big headed but i am soooo proud of myself!

    Cant wait til 1st weigh in day on thursday! I feel my hard work has paid off, cos my kids have been brutal to me, eating the most delicious foods u can imagine...wont say them on here n tease u, but i struggled to resist and now it feels worth it :)

    Hope everyone else is getting on ok :)

    Thank u very much :) the support on here means loads to me. I did a carboot sale today and we were positioned right opposite a food van(fatty yummy food) and I kept reading this forum n it got me through that challenging time :) I am in such a happy place right now, altho....
    Does any1 else have (or had in first week) achy legs, they r throbbing, drinking right amount of water, thinking my poor abused body is in shock lol

    Thats a brilliant start, my first few days were full of headaches but they go and you start feeling good!

    I've been having really achy legs, thought it was just me!! I'm on day 6 now and can't wait for weigh in tom... Keep it up Hun xx

    Keep it up, although I stopped weighing myself daily after the second week as my weight loss slowed down.

    Think i will stop weighing myself after a while lol i just really enjoy seein scales go down :)

    Yes my legs r feeling a tiny bit better today :)
    This is best diet ever!!!
