Thanks, Im really proud of myself and after seeing the scales yest i have even more motivation to keep going :D

Glad to hear your enjoying it also..How are you doing yours? Im just having 2 shakes a day a dinner and a piece of fruit if i do feel peckish.

Glad you like SF and are getting on with it. I was really sceptical about whether I would stick to it as I thought Id miss bread too much! (I could easily have toast for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch).

Although Ive had a few naughty weeks - Ive now lost 11lbs and feel so much better about myself already.

This forum is great for motivation when you see what others are achieving.

oooohh madmoo, thats my downfall too. i love toast, even the smell of it lol. i still really miss it though but make sure on my day off i have it for breakfast that day only and it helps!
