on a positve note

cant remember who started a positive thread. but my positive note is that to get to my seat at the football i have to walk up about 100+ steps. usually i am so out of breath i have to make several stops on the way up. today i was able to make the 100+ and walk straight to my seat. yes i was out of breath but i still managed it. all going in the right direction . however the meat and potatoe pie i ate was not part of the plan but it was a football match!!!!
 
Whoop whoop for the stairs - forget about the pie, what's done is done :)

Just think, you'll be running to your seat before long :) xxx
 
That's fab honey! We have to go up 3 flights of stairs to go up & I used to struggle to get up them & dread anyone talking to me but now I run up them & am fine when I get there..... It's amazing how quickly you can change your fitness levels hey x
