On Day 6 - Nervous About Weigh-In Tomorrow

    I have nearly made it through the first week :D . Things have gone surprisingly well, i haven't cheated at all and i haven't been very hungry. I was feeling a little low on day 4 and had a lil cry :cry: to bf on the phones because i really wanted some good food. :eek:

    I am nervous about tomorrows weigh-in. I have a feeling that i have only lost a little weight, prob about 4 lbs. I know its still weightloss but i would really like to have lost 7+ lbs in week 1, just so i know that the diet is working and its worth having no food.

    Also i know i will weigh more oth my CDCs scales because i get weighed at about 8pm in the evening and i always weigh more atthat time (i'm about 1-2 lbs lighter in the evening). I'm also confused about my weight loss because i weigh less on my scales at home (in underwear and no shoes) than on counsellors scales (clothed-obviously, lol and light flats):confused: . I guess all the nerves are getting to me and i'm just getting worried about a trillion things.

    Does anyone have any tips on how to lose more weight? I am not going start any exercise until week 3ish but i am walking alot at the mo. Will more exercise help you lose more weight ?? :tear_drop: I'm also trying to drink at least 4 litres of water a day.

    I'm a bit low today :( because i am having problems with sorting out univeristy and i wish i could just eat something nice to make myself feel better. But i wont give in!!!:mad:

    oh I remember thta feeling of worry and trying to over analyse how all the differences might make the result scary. but in the end you WILL have lost weight, it will be fantastic and you will feel on top of the world.

    we all weigh less in the morning but once you get weighed at the same time of the day every week it doesn't matter because it's at the same time.

    good luck, sure you don't need it but have lots anyway.

    Hello,
    Oh I am WI tonight and am so nervous.
    Didn't know what to wear as I need to go straight from work in office clothes (not the light ones i had on last week)
    All sorts of questions going on in my head.
    What if my scales are wrong and i actualy haven't lost anything?
    How much water should i drink today? Don't want to drink too much else I will weigh more?
    Do I have any jewellery on? If so its coming off.
    we r very silly people you know, good luck with tomorrow just don't worry about it

    Thank you so much for your reply EmMuk. I'm just really nervous about how it'll go plus i was starting to get worried what my CDC will think if i only lost little.

    I'm just trying not to think about it now. I am sitting here with a 2 litre bottle of evian and taking my time get through it. It tastes abit sour tho, WIERD!!

    good luck with your weigh in it will go fine xx
    walking is the only excercise i do and it has been fine for me!
    the only way to speed up weight loss is really to get the water doen you, 5 -6 litres is a good amount to add an extra lb to your weight loss each week,

    one small thing, don't worry about how your cdc will feel, they will be thrilled no matter what you loose and will be supportive of you throughout the journey.

    I can't wait to see your results. enjoy the water ;) I have days when it tastes horrid too but it's the medicine, we just have to take it!

    Peachy,i hope the weigh in goes well tonight. We cant help but worry and we'll do anything to weigh less, lol. I never thought about jewellery, lol. All my CDC said was to make sure i wear the same light pumps that i had on. I might even wear the same clothes, lol. PARANOID :silly: !!! hehe :p

    Nat, thanks for the advice on the exercise and water. You have lost so much weight its amazing. You're such an inspiration. Lol, i spend so much time on editing my blog with graphics than posting :p . Its fun and a good way to pass time when i am hungry.

    Thanks Em, i dont think my weightlos will be great but at least its coming off. I cannot wait until i reach the 1 stone loss mark :D . My water still tastes icky but at least thats 1.5 litres nearly gone.
