Extra Easy On Line SW

Hi, I am thinking of joining SW on line. Is anybody else here using it and I would like to ask how you are finding it ... Many thanks C

My brother uses it, he has given me log in and I think it is okay. Not too modern, you can't compare it to weight watchers or any other good tracking device.

But there are a lot of articles and you can look up syn values.
