Just started today!!! Doing easy extra can someone tell me if on right track?

breakfast. - scrambled egg with skimmed milk (heA), lean bacon, tomato

lunch. - Baked potato with beans, side salad with vinegarrete (syns)

dinner - Salad with cooked chicken breast, new potatoes and batchelors golden veg savoury rice with asda wholemeal pitta (heB)

muller light yoghurt
