Excited about the new me!
Had a loss of 8lb last week and think 2 this week, although my WI is tonight, so will find out for sure
Not sure if I should stick just to SS or switch to SS+. Wanna loose another 14lb if I can in next 3 weeks (have a weekend away) then will be off it for 3 days though will stick to low carbing as its easier with grilled fish and chicken when you are away. Then back on it til end of July to try and shed another 14lb's!
Anyone on their week 2?
