Sorry fella's, its definitely one for the ladies :p

Does this diet or the weight loss, change things ??

I only wonder as TOM has come round, few days late but not worried about that. Its just normally first day would be crippled with really bad cramps....but havent had any this time!

Just wondering if thats a benefit of this diet, or just a blip!! has anyone else had things improve.

Suppose as the months progress it will be more of an indication but was just curious.

Hi Deb

I had to post on this thread as, apart from the weight loss, it is the one thing that has amazed me.
Before I started CD my TOTM was a complete nightmare. I would have it for literally 3-4 months at a time with only a couple of weeks break before the next one came along. I constantly had cramps and bad back. Had test after test to find out what was causing it. Ended up on HRT which worked initially but then stopped working. Not good to be on HRT at the age of 28, there was also concerns about ability to have kids in the future etc. After starting CD my the TOTM has regulated and I only have it for 3 days, 4 maximum. I don't get any pain and they are now managable flow wise (TMI?????).

Not only am I saving money on my food but also on our "lady products" too :) .

The only problm is now what I should do with the extra cash :D . Dilemas dilemas!!!!!!

I'm pleased things have sorted themselves out for you too.

Jazzy x
