Hello i would like a bit of advice please last night i went to a friends for tea i dont want anyone to know im on a diet so i had the carbs that came with in and a dessert. It wasnt because i craved those foods it was just because i couldnt be doing with the hassle of hearing you dont need to be on a diet etc. this morning so far i feep fine no headaches not starving hungry no cravings feel the same as yesterday. I this just lucky or are the cravings yet to come. What are everyone elses experience with one meal off plan?
