6lbs. Not as big as a lot of people's losses on here I know, but still, nearly half a stone! I have been 100% all week too.

Wow Littlered, I've been whinging about losing 5lbs in my first week because I've seen people with double figure losses but you don't have a huge amount to lose either so I guess we're doing well! :) BIG MASSIVE congrats on your loss xxx

Thank you! I know it sounds daft, but I have been having a bit of a sulk today. I felt like I should have lost more, because other people on here lost a lot more in their first week.

Doesn't sound daft to me at all! I've been in a proper strop today, even been a bit mean to my OH after my weigh in because I was so disappointed! Loads of people on here have lost 11lbs, 13lbs, I knew I'd never lose that but I'd hoped for 8 or 9 if I'm honest!
Still, I mean if I don't lose anything next week I'll have to wonder what on earth I'm doing differently, and I wouldn't mind but I don't even have bars so I have been totally on shakes!!!

6lbs is great! It's a loss and a loss for you. We are all different so our losses will be different. It is hard not to compare but any weight off is something to celebrate. Maybe you should put items in a bag weighing six pounds and pick it up and carry it-it will show a difference a maybe put a smile on your face. Keep it up x
