Onken Fat Free Strawberry Biopot Yoghurt 450g

Hiya, I bought the 450g pot of this to have a spoonful on my allbran for brekkie...BUT can'tn find it in the online syn calculator....there is only the Natural and the Peach or Grapefruit.

Anyone know the SYN Value for this?
Manufacturer is Dr Oetker.

It was syn free the last time I checked but if you are in doubt just run the values through the syn calculator. Just remember to include the free food allowance for the FF yoghurt.

Thanks Circes!!! Forgot about the Syn Calc online, was just using the search!

One great thing about the online help is getting Syn Values for everything...even Cobra Zero% Alcohol Lager (which I bought thinking it was a low syn treat for a BBQ!!)
Turns out 330ml is 4 SYNS!!!!! Eeek!
That will teach me to pretend to do SW and not do my homework!!!!
