Online only - little to loose

    Hi,

    I know some may hate me for saying this but I only have a few pounds to loose (about half stone) hence I don't want to go to a meeting. Is ww possible to do purely using the online points calculator if I already know the 0 point foods and the amount of points I'm allowed a day?

    yep it is, but when you hit target make sure your having the right amount of points for maintaince.. x

    Whats the difference between working out points for loosing and maintenance?

    Personally i dont know how to work out the maintance points but i think on the WW website theres a section on maintance. x

    Thanks. Just prdered the essentials pack and the fast and filling receipes (think thats what its called) from ww. Both half price too! Will just work from those.

    Maintaining weight i think is harder...with WW i think you get more points give or take until you find your balance where you are maintaining well...good luck xx
