only 1lb lost

    second weigh in yesterday and only a pound lost:cry:
    im not surprised as i did not do well at all last week:break_diet:
    (in fact, i am surprised that i lost even a pound:confused:)
    oh well, here's to a cheat free week:copon:
    (cheat free day so far:D)

    i was a serial cheater after i lost the first 3stone, so i know what it's like hunny x

    there is a post on here with a poem about 'just a pound'.. don't be down.. 1lb a week is 52lb a year.. don't be down ((Hugs)) you'll get there if your strong.

    I'm a serial cheater too I should have ben at goal by christmas, but I keep picking at things. a 1lb loss is better than nothing

    since my last W.I. i have been 100% cheat free!
