ONLY eating porridges...

Hi, newbie here :wavey:

I started the diet on Monday and I believe i'm through the worst. All is going pretty well, and my craving have vanished.. which is a wierd, but great feeling.

So I finally decided that I can no longer stomach the ready-made shakes or the sachet shakes, so I will ONLY be having the porridges from now on.

Will this effect my weight loss and ketosis status? :confused:
